What's Included
Our trips are designed so that you can focus on fun, family, and adventure. The cost of the trip includes guides, in-country transportation (excluding flights), accommodations, meals, activity and entrance fees.
What's NOT Included
- Airfare
- Expenses of a personal nature
- Medical testing
- Travel insurance (It's highly recommended that you purchase this on your own upon registration)
- Guide and Driver Tips
Ages and Activity Levels
- This trip is designed for ages 9 years and older.
- The activity level is easy to moderate and the pace of each day varies from relaxed to busy.
- There is a significant amount of hiking on this trip
- Certain aspects of the itinerary can be flexible, if needed.
- As with many adventures, the appropriateness of the experience depends on each individual.
Passports and Visas
- Please be sure to check your passport expiration dates.
- Passports must be valid for at least three months past the date of return.
- Visas are not required for US Citizens.
Payment Schedule
- Deposit of $400 per person is due at registration.
- Payments of $725 per person due on January 15, February 15, March 15, April 15, May 15, June 15
- Custom payment plans are available for participants who register in 2022.

What to Bring/General Information
Please note that weather can be very different in winter trips vs. summer trips. However, warm layers are important to have for all times of year.
